Sí, ¡también cocinamos muffins! Es la receta original, y salieron doradas, como si estuvieran orgullosas de sí mismas. Usamos arándanos rojos, pero se puede usar cualquier cosa: chocolate, fresas, manzana... De todos modos, quiero seguir usando mi libro "Muffins, magdalenas y otros pastelitos, las 100 mejores recetas", porque son muy originales y coloridos, aunque no siempre salgan bien.
Recordad lo de las recetas (mirar las 2 entradas anteriores).

También cocinamos este plato, parecido a la pasta italiana. Son facilísimos de de preparar, y están muy ricos, especialmente con salsa de tomate y queso por encima.

Hace poco cociné con Jimena, una auténtica chef, y preparamos muchos platos, entre ellos este delicioso brownie. Nunca había conseguido un resultado tan bueno, ¡gracias, Jimena!
¿A vosotros os gusta cocinar? Publicad las recetas que os hayan quedado mejor, vale cualquier cosa, desde un perrito caliente hasta lo más complicado de la cocina francesa. ¡Puede que hasta prepare la que tenga mejor pinta! Así que, manos a la masa...

Hace poco gané el segundo puesto de un concurso de diseño de peluches de la marca Yoohoo & Friends, que al parecer es muy conocida en Estados Unidos. Pues bien... ¡Hoy ha llegado el premio! Son 10 peluches monísimos con los ojos enormes. Hasta les he puesto nombre: en primera fila están Ceres, Candy y Perry, detrás van Sunny e Hilo (el peluche rosa y blanco no es mío, Inés, tú ya sabes de quién), por último, Leo, Saba, Happy y Wendy. Mis diseños son tres, aunque no sé cuál de ellos es el ganador, pero intentaré colgar alguna foto de ellos pronto. Si vais a la página de Yoohoo & Friends, no creo que encontréis ninguno entre los ganadores, pues no sé por qué, a pesar de que me han enviado los peluches y un e-mail diciendo que había ganado, han colgado un diseño que no es el mío. Supongo que será un error. En fin, ¡hasta nueva entrada!

A short time ago I won the second place in a Yoohoo & Friends' plush design contest. Well... Today the prize has arrived! They are 10 very cute plushes with very big eyes. Aquí está el vídeo de los fuegos artificiales que os prometí, aunque sólo fue un trozo de la primera parte, que fue un poco repetitiva. La última fue la mejor; ¡parecía una explosión de estrellas!

San Juan 2010

Ayer celebramos la fiesta de San Juan en el colegio. Hicimos algunas actuaciones sobre países del mundo, y luego saltamos hogueras, vimos unos fuegos artificiales preciosos...(en la siguiente entrada pondré un vídeo sobre ellos).
Esta es una de las hogueras (¿a que es bonita?).
También contrataron a un grupo que cantó canciones famosas para bailar... Bueno, una noche muy completa.

Yesterday we celebrated de Saint John's party. We did some performances about countries all over the world, jumped over the bonfires, watched some beautiful fireworks... (I will post a video about them the next time I write).

Lo primero, quiero dar las gracias a Clara, una amiga mía que ha hecho posible esta receta gracias a la mini-batidora que me regaló ayer.
En realidad, es un Nesquik con un poco de Nocilla que pretendía adornar pero se hundió... Aún así, lo mejor de la receta es que pude hacer espuma y estuvo mucho más rico. Cuelgo una foto. ¿A que tiene buena pinta?

It really is a glass of Nesquik with a bit of Nocilla that tried to decorate but sinked... However, the best part of the recipe is that I could do scum and it was much better. I post a photo.

Este es el título de la sección de gastronomía. Viene de la película Julie and Julia, en la que una chica joven (Julie), decide cocinar todas las recetas del libro de una famosa cocinera (Julia). Muy buena y divertida, la recomiendo a todos los públicos. Yo no voy a cocinar las recetas de Julia, pero nuestro nombre es el mismo y queda bien.
Ayer cocinamos muffins, una especie de magdalenas. Según el libro Muffins, magdalenas y otros pastelitos, las 100 mejores recetas, se llaman "Muffins Esponjosos". Mirad la foto. ¡Les hemos añadido un topping azul y parecen pies inglesas!
