¡Julia x2! Champiñones Rellenos

Hacía mucho que no escribía nada sobre cocina, ¡y todavía quedan muchas de las recetas que hice en verano! Esta fue de las mejores. La receta está en español al final de la entrada.

It was a long time ago since I wrote about cooking, and there are still lots of the recipes I cook on summer left! This one was one of the best. The recipe is in Spanish at the end of the post.
Receta (1080 Recetas de Cocina de Simone Ortega):
-16 champiñones de tamaño grande.
-200 gramos de jamón de york picado.
-40 gramos de buen foie-gras.
-1 cucharada grande de perejil picado.
-1 limón.
-Un poco de aceite.
-20 gramos de mantequilla.
-Sal.
Se separan los pedúnculos de las cabezas de los champiñones. Estas se frotan con medio limón, por fuera, y se van echando en agua fría, a la cual se añade un chorrito de zumo de limón.
Una vez lavados todos los champiñones se colocan, bien escurridos, en una sartén amplia, para que no estén montados unos encima de otros, en cuyo fondo se abrá puesto una capa muy fina de aceite; se salan ligeramente, se tapan con una tapadera y se ponen a fuego lento durante unos 8 minutos.
Mientras tanto, se lavan los rabos separados de los champiñones y se pican muy menudos. Se ponen en un cazo con la mantequilla, sal y un poco de zumo de limón. Se dejan cocer durante unos 10 minutos.
Una vez pasados los 8 minutos de los champiñones en la sartén, se sacan de uno en uno y se colocan en una besuguera de metal o en una parrilla.
Se mezcla entonces el jaóm picado, los pedúnculos picados (con el jugo que haga falta para aglutinar la mezcla), el foie-gras y el perejil. Se rellena con este picado cada champiñon y se meten a horno mediano durante unos 10 minutos más. Se sacan y se sirvan bien calientes.

Esta receta es de otro libro, "1080 Recetas de Cocina" de Simone Ortega. Pero como es para rellenar pasteles, nadie se la comía y tuvimos que tirarla...

I’m sorry I couldn’t write before, the Wi-Fi was broken. And the computer doesn't allow me to put the photo of the cream.
This recipe is from another book, "1080 Recetas de Cocina" (in Spanish, maybe the title in English is something like "1080 Recipes to Cook", but I don't know) of Simone Ortega. But, like it was to put inside cakes, nobody ate it and we had to throw it away...
Receta (1080 Recetas de Cocina de Simone Ortega):
- 1/2 litro de leche.
- 3 cucharadas soperas de leche fría.
- 3 yemas de huevo.
- 5 cucharadas soperas de azúcar.
- 2 cucharadas soperas de maizena.
- 1 cucharada sopera rasada de harina fina.
- 1 corteza de limón o un pellizco de vainilla en polvo (yo recomiendo la vainilla, la vende una marca llamada Vahiné).
- 1 clara a punto de nieve (opcional, yo no lo recomiendo porque en las instrucciones no está muy claro qué hacer con ella).
En un cazo se pone a cocer el 1/2 litro de leche con 3 cucharadas de azúcar y la vainilla en polvo (o la corteza de limón).
En un tazón se mezclan las yemas de huevo, el resto del azúcar, la maizena, la harina y las 3 cucharadas de leche fría, todo bien disuelto para que no haga grumos.
Cuando la leche empieza a cocer, se coge un poco y se vierte muy despacio en el tazón, con mucho cuidado para que las yemas no se cuajen y formen grumos. Después de disuelto con un poco de leche caliente, se vierte este contenido del tazón en el cazo de la leche y, sin dejar de mover con una cuchara de madera, se deja cocer muy suavemente (a fuego lento) unos 5 minutos.
Se aparta y se vierte en una fuente o una ensaladera, para dejar enfriar antes de utilizarla.
Hay a quien le gusta añadir, una vez casi fría la crema, una clara montada a punto de nieve firme, (con un pellizquito de sal).
Antes de utilizar la crema se le quita la corteza de limón (si es que se la habéis puesto).

Es una bebida muy simple y está bien para el verano. A partir de ahora pondré las recetas, pero sólo en español, debajo de las traducciones.

Sí, ¡también cocinamos muffins! Es la receta original, y salieron doradas, como si estuvieran orgullosas de sí mismas. Usamos arándanos rojos, pero se puede usar cualquier cosa: chocolate, fresas, manzana... De todos modos, quiero seguir usando mi libro "Muffins, magdalenas y otros pastelitos, las 100 mejores recetas", porque son muy originales y coloridos, aunque no siempre salgan bien.

Son 10 peluches monísimos con los ojos enormes. Hasta les he puesto nombre: en primera fila están Ceres, Candy y Perry, detrás van Sunny e Hilo (el peluche rosa y blanco no es mío, Inés, tú ya sabes de quién), por último, Leo, Saba, Happy y Wendy. Mis diseños son tres, aunque no sé cuál de ellos es el ganador, pero intentaré colgar alguna foto de ellos pronto. Si vais a la página de Yoohoo & Friends, no creo que encontréis ninguno entre los ganadores, pues no sé por qué, a pesar de que me han enviado los peluches y un e-mail diciendo que había ganado, han colgado un diseño que no es el mío. Supongo que será un error. En fin, ¡hasta nueva entrada!

San Juan 2010

Ayer celebramos la fiesta de San Juan en el colegio. Hicimos algunas actuaciones sobre países del mundo, y luego saltamos hogueras, vimos unos fuegos artificiales preciosos...(en la siguiente entrada pondré un vídeo sobre ellos).
Esta es una de las hogueras (¿a que es bonita?).
También contrataron a un grupo que cantó canciones famosas para bailar... Bueno, una noche muy completa.

¡Julia x2! "Milkshake" de Chocolate

Lo primero, quiero dar las gracias a Clara, una amiga mía que ha hecho posible esta receta gracias a la mini-batidora que me regaló ayer.
En realidad, es un Nesquik con un poco de Nocilla que pretendía adornar pero se hundió... Aún así, lo mejor de la receta es que pude hacer espuma y estuvo mucho más rico. Cuelgo una foto. ¿A que tiene buena pinta?

It really is a glass of Nesquik with a bit of Nocilla that tried to decorate but sinked... However, the best part of the recipe is that I could do scum and it was much better. I post a photo.

¡Julia x2! Muffins Esponjosos

Este es el título de la sección de gastronomía. Viene de la película Julie and Julia, en la que una chica joven (Julie), decide cocinar todas las recetas del libro de una famosa cocinera (Julia). Muy buena y divertida, la recomiendo a todos los públicos. Yo no voy a cocinar las recetas de Julia, pero nuestro nombre es el mismo y queda bien.
Ayer cocinamos muffins, una especie de magdalenas. Según el libro Muffins, magdalenas y otros pastelitos, las 100 mejores recetas, se llaman "Muffins Esponjosos". Mirad la foto. ¡Les hemos añadido un topping azul y parecen pies inglesas!

This is the title of the gastronomy section. It comes from the movie Julie and Julia, about a young woman (Julie), who decides to cook all the recipes of a book of a famous chef (Julia). It's very good and funny, I recomend it to everyone. I'm not going to cook Julia's recipes, but our name is the same and looks good.
Yesterday we cooked muffins, a kind of fairy cake. The book Muffins, fairy cakes and other little cakes, the 100 best recipes, says they are called "Spongy Muffins". Look at the photo. We have added a blue topping and they look like English pies!
